Watch the Dogs Being Trained
I Would Much Rather Show You Than Tell You
Every trainer in the country will tell you their methods are kind and effective, and there is really no way for you to check a word of it from a website. So I film the work instead. There are more than 1,900 videos on the channel now, years of it, put up where you can watch it, including the parts where a dog and I are still figuring something out together.
Watch a few, and you will see it. These are good dogs.
You Get Daily Video of Your Own Dog
Once your dog begins its training, you will see it working, and not just in a polished clip at the end. 18 months is a long time to wait on trust alone, so you get your own dog on video as those months go by, working the airport, the 10-minute train to Davis, a busy restaurant on a Saturday, until long before it comes home, you already know exactly what it can do.
It is also the best way I know to teach a handler. Watching your own dog learn something, and seeing the exact moment the reward lands, will do more for your timing than anything I could write down for you.
Start With the Assisted Living Visit
Start with Assisted Loving with Iggy and Wiinnie. It shows two finished dogs working a room full of people they have never met before, which is a lovely thing to watch and is the part of this job that takes the most months to build.

After that, Kids and Pups will show you how the young ones are started, and Horse Play is worth a few minutes of anybody’s day.
There is plenty more where those came from. A few of my own favorites:
Then Give Me a Call
If you have watched these dogs work and you want one of your own, that is the right moment to get in touch. Send the application first so I know your situation, then call me. I would far rather talk than trade emails.
There are fully trained service dogs for sale, available right now.
